Overview
Lead paralegal services on a 5-year project for a federal agency in Philadelphia. Provide technical legal support including document preparation and witness coordination. Seeking candidates with extensive experience in legal document assembly and case management.
What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare Grand Jury subpoenas and trial exhibit binders
- 2Assemble witness lists and coordinate travel arrangements
- 3Verify legal citations using online resources
- 4Maintain automated case tracking systems
- 5Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- 6Provide reminders for court appearances
- 7Create travel authorizations and vouchers
- 8Perform electronic court filings through ECF/PACER
- 9Assist with legal research using Courtlink and public databases
- 10Organize evidence for criminal and civil proceedings
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of federal litigation support
- 32 years experience with Grand Jury and trial preparation
- 41 year background in legal document assembly
- 5Federal agency experience preferred
- 6US Citizenship or Green Card holder required
