Paralegal, Healthcare Contracts & Compliance
Overview
As Tennr's first paralegal, you will own the contract lifecycle for SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements. Working directly with attorneys in a high-growth health-tech environment, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage the repository, and build legal resources. This role also supports HIPAA compliance and corporate governance, shaping scalable legal operations that improve healthcare access.
What You'll Do6
- 1Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- 2Manage the contract lifecycle end-to-end, from intake to execution, using contract management tools.
- 3Maintain the contract repository and develop internal playbooks and compliance guides.
- 4Support corporate governance, procurement, and compliance tracking, including HIPAA obligations.
- 5Build scalable legal processes and resources for a growing health-tech company.
- 6Collaborate with attorneys to reduce patient delays and improve healthcare access nationwide.
Requirements5
- 15+ years as a paralegal or contracts specialist, preferably in technology or healthcare.
- 2Strong legal writing and organizational skills.
- 3Familiarity with contract management tools.
- 4Experience with HIPAA and compliance in a healthcare context.
- 5Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
