What You'll Do5
- 1Design small group and individual support to reinforce skills and progress toward IEP goals
- 2Assist with classroom supervision during activities, drills, assemblies, and field trips to ensure safety and engagement
- 3Support behavioral plans and strategies to foster positive classroom behavior and learning
- 4Coordinate with teachers to report student needs and confidential information accurately
- 5Operate standard office equipment and basic software to track attendance and progress
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2CPR/First Aid certification provided
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds constantly
- 4Satisfactory criminal background check
- 5Ability to work in a special education environment and support students with varying disabilities
