What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver individualized instructional plans aligned with IEP goals

- 5Assist with daily classroom routines and transition activities

- 7Develop and adapt learning materials using assistive technology
- 8Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
- 9Drive enrollment and placement decisions for appropriate program levels
- 10Ensure compliance with district policies and legal standards

Requirements10
- 15+ years experience providing para‑professional support to special education students
- 21 year classroom experience with students with severe needs
- 3AWS Certified technician level proficiency
- 4CPC Card or equivalent healthcare certification
- 5BCBA credential preferred
- 6Spark and Airflow experience for data analysis tasks
- 7High school diploma or equivalent with 48 college units completed
- 8Valid driver’s license and current First‑Aid and CPR certifications
- 9Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- 10Strong written and verbal communication skills
