What You'll Do8

  • 1Tutor individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
  • 2Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions.
  • 3Prepare and maintain classroom materials, attendance records, and student files.
  • 4Support direct care and supervision of children as directed by the teacher.
  • 5Assist in implementing behavior plans and instructional strategies.
  • 6Document student progress and communicate observations to the teacher.

Requirements6

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience working with students in a classroom setting.
