What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and wire industrial control panels and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies to customer specifications and internal standards
  • 2Read and apply mechanical electrical pneumatic drawings and schematics during panel builds
  • 3Ship and label components with proper routing to ensure safe, compliant installations
  • 4Assist in prototype panel development and identify repairs for non-conforming materials
  • 5Document discrepancies and non-conformances per procedures and communicate findings to the team
  • 6Use hand tools, pneumatic or electric tools safely and efficiently to complete builds
  • 7Access documentation and update records using email and MRP software
  • 8Maintain organized work area and follow processes and quality guidelines throughout builds
  • 9Provide feedback on drawings procedures and build methods to support continuous improvement
  • 10Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely project execution and quality

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or GED
  • 2Approximately 5 years of related work experience in panel building or closely related electrical assembly work
  • 3Experience reading mechanical electrical and pneumatic drawings schematics
  • 4Ability to identify correct materials and repair non-conforming items and document discrepancies
  • 5Proficiency with basic computer tools including email and MRP software
  • 6Knowledge of selecting and using assembly and wiring tools including manuals and pneumatic or electric hand tools
  • 7Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • 8Familiarity with working in a clean production environment and following procedures
