What You'll Do5
- 1Build and prep surfaces, sand, caulk, and prime to ensure flawless painting results
- 2Set up and clean work sites and maintain tidy, safe spaces for the crew and customers
- 3Assist with cutting in, rolling walls and ceilings, and applying finishes to meet project standards
- 4Interact professionally with customers and team members to keep projects on track
- 5Support multiple projects across residential and commercial sites and contribute to timely completion
Requirements5
- 1Ability to lift and maneuver 20-50 lbs frequently and 50-100 lbs occasionally
- 2Ability to use ladders and power equipment
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- 4Strong work ethic, team player attitude, neat appearance and good customer service skills
- 5Willingness to learn painting techniques and products through hands-on training
