What You'll Do8
- 1Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems on packing lines during the first 90 days.
- 2Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, and sensors to minimize downtime.
- 3Install and calibrate new equipment per LEGO standards.
- 4Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
- 5Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- 6Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance line efficiency.
- 7Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- 8Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3Knowledge of PLC systems and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- 4Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- 5Familiarity with CMMS software for work orders.
- 6Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 8Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
