What You'll Do11
- 1Operate high-speed production equipment to manufacture nutrition products
- 2Start up and shutdown equipment following established procedures
- 3Clear jams and resolve downtime issues independently
- 4Maintain inventory of packaging materials and document work orders
- 5Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment problems
- 6Ensure safe and clean work area using 5S principles
- 7Follow product isolation and sampling protocols
- 8Verify proper identification, codes, and expiration dates of products
- 9Comply with FDA GMP OSHA and Abbott/Ross regulations
- 10Report incidents injuries or safety hazards immediately
- 11Adhere to rotating shift schedule with flexible onsite days
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Prior manufacturing or production line experience
- 3Ability to communicate effectively across production groups
- 4Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- 5Experience with RF Scanners preferred
- 6Valid work authorization for US employment
- 7Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
