What You'll Do11
- 1Provide technical leadership across manufacturing supply chain and packaging engineering organizations
- 2Serve as subject matter expert in packaging materials equipment and best practices
- 3Act as Technical Lead for technology transfer and process improvement initiatives
- 4Support plant teams third-party partners and vendor performance initiatives
- 5Lead investigations root cause analyses and develop solutions for vendor performance
- 6Evaluate vendor capabilities and identify strategies for supply chain continuity
- 7Ensure adherence to technical best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- 8Deliver ongoing technical support including metrics review investigations and process improvement
- 9Implement Operational Excellence initiatives as needed
- 10Maintain knowledge of global packaging regulations for design and control processes
- 11Apply expertise in rigid plastic packaging technologies including blow molding injection-blow molding PET barrier materials and multi-layer bottles
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering Packaging Engineering or related field with 8+ years experience
- 2Fluency in English with effective technical communication skills
- 3Subject matter expert-level knowledge of packaging processes
- 4Proven success in technical leadership project management
- 5Ability to influence negotiate and collaborate across organizational levels
- 6Recognized technical leadership credentials such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 7Minimum 8 years relevant industry experience
- 8Experience supporting manufacturing operations global supply chain initiatives
- 9Prior packaging engineering background emphasizing rigid plastics bottle molding
- 10Knowledge of blow molding injection-blow molding PET barrier materials multi-layer structures
