What You'll Do8
- 1Operate a standup forklift nightly to transport pallets and merchandise throughout the club.
- 2Inspect your forklift before each shift and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- 3Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying counts and handling materials with care.
- 4Receive incoming merchandise accurately, checking against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
- 5Stock shelves and overhead steel, rotating inventory and ensuring full product displays.
- 6Prepare pallets for storage by wrapping, strapping, and labeling, correcting broken loads.
- 7Handle damaged or spoiled items per company policy, keeping the floor clean and safe.
- 8Assist members with locating products and provide prompt, courteous service during overnight hours.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old.
- 2Prior forklift driving experience preferred, but not required.
- 3Complete required training and obtain forklift certification.
- 4Pass a background check and drug screen.
- 5Stand and walk continuously for entire shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and climbing.
- 6Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted, and heavier loads with assistance.
- 7Work in environments with moving machinery and loud noise, and occasional freezer exposure.
- 8Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for learning, but applications must reflect personal experience.
