- 2Support merchandising task coordination for forklift operators and teams
- 3Ensure merchandise availability and proper presentation across sales floors
- 4Execute company directives for resets and corporate plans
- 5Identify sales enhancement opportunities through data analysis
- 6Maintain building and equipment readiness including forklift safety
- 7Promote safety and sanitation compliance in overnight shifts
- 8Utilize reporting tools to track performance and guide team focus
- 9Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align overnight processes
- 10Foster inclusive culture and model safe equipment usage
- 11Complete yearly forklift certification and training
Requirements7
- 1Forklift operator certification required
- 2At least 5 years experience in retail or hospitality management
- 3High school diploma or associate degree preferred
- 4Open shift availability and ability to work nights
- 5Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 6Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new systems quickly
