What You'll Do11
- 1Own end-of-day execution for Recovery Utility and Perishable departments guarantee GOLD standards until final member exits
- 2Lead by presence walk floor during closing hours engage members and support team performance
- 3Maintain GOLD standards through close monitor registers perishable stations and service areas
- 4Support Member issue resolution personally during closing ensure satisfaction and timely recovery
- 5Drive in-stock and freshness monitor inventory rotation culling and merchandising perishable focus
- 6Enforce sanitation standards complete daily checklists and promote compliance
- 7Lead Recovery team productivity coach staff ensure efficient zone coverage during closing
- 8Utilize tools like Hot List NAFS and productivity dashboards validate execution and drive efficiency
- 9Support audit readiness complete daily sanitation cold chain and safety checklists
- 10Maintain equipment functionality identify and escalate issues with compactors refrigeration units and cleaning gear
- 11Coach onboarding and certifications reinforce ServSafe PPE and department specific training
Requirements11
- 12 years retail supermarket or warehouse perishable operations experience preferred
- 2Experience managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies
- 3High school diploma required college degree preferred
- 4Basic computer proficiency MS Word Excel Email required
- 5Open shift availability mandatory
- 6At least 18 years age
- 7Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification maintained
- 8Qualifier certification for propane oversight Florida Department of Agriculture requirement
- 9Yearly forklift license qualification and video exam
- 10Demonstrated ability to operate safely and efficiently follow safety protocols
