What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain deli displays using Spark and Airflow for data-driven inventory management
- 2Scale product availability by preparing and packaging special orders and party trays
- 3Drive member satisfaction through accurate product recommendations and order fulfillment
- 4Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness across all areas
- 5Operate slicers and scales while managing weight accuracy and pricing systems
- 6Support team initiatives by executing tasks that align with club objectives
- 7Maintain accurate production reporting and understand business performance metrics
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in deli operations with proficiency in Python and AWS
- 2Certified in CPC Card or similar retail leadership programs
- 3Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume setting
- 43-5 seasons of relevant retail experience required
- 5Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- 6Physical stamina to stand and move frequently while handling heavy items
- 7Commitment to upholding GOLD Member Standards and club values
- 8Ability to learn new technologies like AI tools while applying authentic problem-solving skills
