You will own a full outpatient caseload at LifeStance Health, delivering evidence-based therapy to adult and child/adolescent populations in Dallas, Texas. What You'll Do8

  • 1Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • 2Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, adjusting interventions based on progress.
  • 3Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our electronic health record system.
  • 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists to coordinate care.
  • 5Manage a caseload of 20-25 patients per week, balancing clinical hours with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • 6Participate in weekly case consultations and team meetings to ensure high-quality care.
  • 7Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
  • 8Support the practice's quality improvement initiatives by tracking patient outcomes and feedback.

Requirements8

  • 1Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • 2Full licensure as a Psychologist in Texas (or eligible for licensure).
  • 3Demonstrated experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • 42+ years of clinical experience in outpatient or comparable settings preferred.
  • 5Proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
  • 6Comfort with telehealth and in-person service delivery.
  • 7Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with diverse patients.
  • 8Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence.
