Licensed Professional Counselor, Outpatient Therapy
Overview
You will own a full caseload of outpatient clients at LifeStance Health, delivering evidence-based care with full administrative support. You will join a collegial team of Licensed Therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists in modern offices. This role offers flexible schedules, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, and uncapped earnings. You will focus solely on clinical excellence while we handle the rest.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build a client caseload within your first 90 days, conducting evidence-based therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
- 2Diagnose and treat mental health issues using DSM-5 criteria in an outpatient setting.
- 3Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
- 4Document all clinical interactions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- 5Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers.
- 6Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
- 7Drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices, measuring progress.
Requirements7
- 1Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar.
- 21+ years of experience working with adult, child, or adolescent populations.
- 3Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- 4Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- 5Commitment to evidence-based treatment and ethical practice.
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- 7Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools.
Salary Insight
$90 - $100k per year
