What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions using CBT and DBT techniques to improve client outcomes.
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence based practices.
- 3Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive care.
- 4Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- 5Ship new clients and manage caseload within established productivity metrics.
- 6Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
- 7Utilize Telehealth platforms to expand service delivery options.
- 8Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives related to mental health.
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience providing licensed therapy services in outpatient settings.
- 2CPC Card certification required for licensure in Texas.
- 3Proven track record of successful clinical outcomes with measurable improvement in client functioning.
- 4Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in accessible language.
- 5Familiarity with trauma informed care approaches and cultural competence.
- 6Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining ethical standards.
- 7Experience with supervision and mentorship of junior clinicians.
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with therapeutic modalities.
- 9Valid Texas license and malpractice insurance coverage.
