You own a caseload of adult or child patients in our Plano, TX outpatient clinics, working with Psychiatry and Telemedicine tools at a national behavioral health group serving 100+ clinics. You join a collegial team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, supported by full administrative staff and modern digital systems. This role offers a flexible schedule with no call or weekends, uncapped earnings from $322,000 to $430,000+, and a sign-on bonus in a fast-growing organization. What You'll Do9
- 1Build a patient panel in an outpatient setting, mixing medication management with therapy for children, adolescents, or adults.
- 2Administer medication management and therapy in 30-60 minute sessions, using the latest digital health platforms for documentation and e-prescribing.
- 3Scale your practice across a hybrid model, balancing in-office and telemedicine visits each week.
- 4Lead treatment plans for patients with varied mental health conditions, coordinating with our Psychologists and Licensed Therapists.
- 5Drive clinical outcomes by integrating evidenced-based, medically directed treatment in a collaborative environment.
- 6Own your productivity-based compensation by managing a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options.
- 7Diagnose and treat a diverse patient population, from ADHD to Mood Disorders, using CPT and ICD-10 codes accurately.
- 8Document patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record with full administrative support.
- 9Mentor junior clinicians and participate in case reviews to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements7
- 1Hold an active TX Medical License and an unencumbered DEA registration.
- 2Bring 5+ years of clinical experience in Psychiatry, with expertise in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- 3Be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- 4Demonstrate proficiency in OUTPATIENT care, including telemedicine and in-person visits.
- 5Show strong communication and diagnostic skills, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
- 6Maintain a commitment to evidence-based, medically driven treatment.
- 7Be available for weekly in-office hours in the Plano, TX area.
