Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Outpatient Hybrid
Overview
You will own a hybrid outpatient caseload as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Salt Lake City, with 2-3 days in office and 1-2 remote. You'll join a collegial team of psychiatrists backed by full administrative support and modern digital tools. This role offers flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, and a compensation model that rewards productivity. What You'll Do8
- 1Build a hybrid outpatient practice, managing medication and therapy for child and adolescent patients with BE/BC certification.
- 2Diagnose and treat a diverse caseload of child psychiatry patients, using evidence-based approaches in both medication management and therapy.
- 3Deliver 100% outpatient care with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends, focusing on continuity of care.
- 4Leverage digital technology and full administrative support to streamline documentation and patient coordination.
- 5Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- 6Maintain a full-time or part-time schedule, with 2-3 days in office and 1-2 remote, based on your preference.
- 7Document patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR) to meet compliance and quality standards.
- 8Engage in continuous learning to stay current with child psychiatry best practices and treatment modalities.
Requirements6
- 1Fully licensed in Utah as a psychiatrist.
- 2BE/BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- 3Unencumbered DEA license.
- 4Completed a psychiatry residency program or in final year of completion.
- 5Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- 6Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
