Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC)
Overview

You'll join a collegial team of Licensed Therapists with full administrative support and modern digital tools, including a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in office. What You'll Do8
- 1Provide individual, family, or couples therapy using evidence-based modalities, with full autonomy over your clinical approach.
- 2Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients per week, delivering high-quality care in a hybrid model of 2-3 days onsite and 1-2 days remote.
- 3Document patient progress in the EHR system, meeting compliance standards within 48 hours of each session.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate integrated care.
- 5Develop treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient outcomes, using standardized assessments.
- 6Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision to maintain clinical excellence.
- 7Build a referral network within the Salt Lake City community to grow your practice and meet productivity targets.
- 8Utilize telehealth platforms for remote sessions, ensuring secure and confidential delivery of care.
Requirements9
- 1Fully licensed in Utah as an LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC with a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- 22+ years of post-licensure experience in outpatient or clinical settings.
- 3Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
- 4Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in office per week.
- 5For child therapy roles: experience with play therapy and willingness to work some evenings.
- 6For trauma roles: EMDR certification or training preferred.
- 7For couples or family therapy: experience with systemic therapy approaches.
- 8Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a willingness to serve diverse populations.
- 9Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous professional development.
