What You'll Do7
- 1Build a patient panel of 5-6 patients per day, delivering evidence-based therapy and assessments.
- 2Design and implement treatment plans for adult and child/adolescent populations with diverse mental health needs.
- 3Document clinical sessions in the EHR system, maintaining compliance with Maryland licensing standards.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other psychologists to coordinate care.
- 5Drive patient outcomes through CBT, DBT, or other modalities suited to your training.
- 6Scale your practice by leveraging the administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
- 7Debug and refine your clinical approach based on patient feedback and measurable progress.
Requirements7
- 1Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- 2Full licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Maryland.
- 32+ years experience providing outpatient care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- 4Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT.
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- 6Comfort with using teletherapy platforms and EHR systems.
- 7Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
