What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise and implement outbound operations by instructing staff monitoring progress and troubleshooting issues.

- 3Enforce security and safety regulations for picking sorting and loading procedures.
- 4Proactively manage budget planning and enforce cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
- 5Lead warehouse associates promoting engagement empowering problem-solving and decision-making.
- 6Investigate and resolve shipping errors collaborating with the DC team to prevent future issues.
- 7Schedule team hours to ensure peak period coverage and operational efficiency.
- 8Protect company assets by maintaining equipment and securing buildings nightly.
- 9Oversee outbound order processing including cross docks stock orders special orders UPS Will Call and more.
- 10Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- 11Design efficient protocols for shuttle truck orders and loading while ensuring proper return handling.
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED combined with relevant experience.
- 21+ years experience in distribution center or similar environment.
- 3Ability to comply with all safety requirements and maintain focus on safety protocols.
- 4Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cooperative relationships.
- 5Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational abilities.
- 6Capacity to lift move up to 60 lbs and operate forklift pallet jack certifications.
- 72+ years managerial experience or proven leadership of teams.
- 8Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- 9Diverse background especially in automotive or retail distribution centers.
- 10Proven quality function experience inspection control assurance audits.
- 11Customer-centric mindset with enthusiasm for data analysis and insight generation.
