Overview
FKO Afterschool seeks a dedicated leader to guide apprentices at our Boston location. You will design and deliver engaging programs while supporting a team of professionals. This role drives impact through mentorship and operational excellence.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead RTI sessions and oversee 150 hours of technical instruction weekly
- 2Mentor apprentices through biweekly meetings focused on professional growth
- 3Coordinate with Site Directors on curriculum planning and daily activities
- 4Support administrative duties including snack management and documentation
- 5Ensure compliance with EEC licensing standards and safety protocols
- 6Drive program improvements using data-driven insights
- 7Foster inclusive environments that reflect our core values
- 8Supervise OJT to develop future OST leaders
- 9Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively
Requirements9
- 16 months supervisory experience with children aged 5-14
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3EEC Essentials 2.0 certification within 30 days of hire
- 4First Aid/CPR certification obtained within 6 months
- 5Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- 6Physical stamina for standing and light lifting up to 15 pounds
- 7Availability for evening shifts during program hours
- 8Commitment to holistic child development principles
- 9Experience with volunteer coordination and team leadership

$40 - $52k per year
