What You'll Do11

- 2Implement comprehensive care strategies for post joint replacement spine surgery and trauma patients
- 3Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts across medical surgical and progressive care units
- 4Drive continuous improvement initiatives through participation in Progress-In-Place program
- 5Utilize advanced analytics to track patient outcomes and enhance care delivery
- 6Mentor junior staff through precepting and collaborative leadership approaches
- 7Maintain accurate documentation following strict regulatory standards
- 8Supervise nursing activities while supporting physician partnerships
- 9Participate in hospital-wide process enhancement committees
- 10Advocate for patient-centered care through evidence-based practices
- 11Contribute to organizational excellence through quality improvement projects
Requirements11
- 1Current RN license in Arizona or compact license with state reciprocity
- 2Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience in orthopedic specialty
- 3Valid BLS certification
- 4Experience with AWS certified cloud solutions
- 5Proficiency in Python programming language
- 6Familiarity with React framework
- 7Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration
- 8Experience with Spark and Airflow for data engineering tasks
- 9Understanding of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner concepts
- 10Ability to work night shifts with flexible scheduling options
