What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain sterilization processes for all lab equipment
- 2Design and fabricate custom Essix retainers
- 3Capture comprehensive patient records using digital systems
- 4Support daily operations by assisting in multiple office functions
- 5Maintain clean and organized laboratory workspace
- 6Collaborate with orthodontists to ensure treatment accuracy
- 7Implement quality control checks for all prosthetic devices
- 8Train new hires following established clinical protocols
- 9Prioritize patient safety through strict adherence to infection control standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with dental laboratory techniques
- 2Essix retainers production proficiency required
- 3Spark and Airflow tool familiarity preferred
- 4On-site availability in Manhattan Beach location
- 5Reliable transportation to work site
- 6Strong attention to detail in record keeping
