As a lab technician, you will own the creation of retainers and aligners, including fabrication, polishing, post-processing, and final QC. What You'll Do7
- 1Create retainers and aligners using 3-D printing and orthodontic fabrication techniques.
- 2Fabricate plastic and metal components, including polishing and finishing.
- 3Tumble and sort models to prepare for post-processing.
- 4Post-process models to ensure precision and quality.
- 5Perform final QC checks on plastic and metal products.
- 6Bag and package finished products for shipment to clients.
- 7Master every aspect of the fabrication process through hands-on training.
Requirements6
- 1No prior experience required; we train enthusiastic learners.
