What You'll Do14
- 1Process drivers through Department of Transportation regulations and company policy
- 2Verify and scan driver licenses permanent residence cards and social security cards
- 3Clip documents to driver files including physical standards tests medical cards and direct deposit forms
- 4Coordinate with Medical PST and EFA technicians to provide on-site support
- 5Assist with correcting paperless application errors and resubmitting for verification
- 6Help onboarding compliance specialists obtain safety documentation
- 7Review tax forms W-4 HR audits and I-9 with HR and drivers
- 8Organize driver medical cards and physicals for truck carry
- 9Travel to support remote terminals during staffing shortages
- 10Provide remote assistance for driver on-boarding activities outside normal hours
- 11Communicate orientation schedules and driver volumes to third‑party providers
- 12Address questions about pending qualification or disqualification processes
- 13Handle travel arrangements for disqualified or newly hired drivers
- 14Support walk‑in applicants and return‑to‑work employees
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2DOT knowledge of driver requirements
- 3Excel proficiency and familiarity with paperless systems and AS 400
- 4Copy machine scanning ability
- 5High school diploma or GED
- 6Strong organization and communication skills
- 7Ability to work in normal office settings
