Overview
Manage Driver Qualification processes and oversee Drug Alcohol Testing for new hires. This full-time onsite role in Kansas City focuses on processing applications and maintaining compliance. We seek a detail-oriented professional to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do11
- 1Receive and review all incoming driver applications and set up PEDS as necessary and per our guidelines
- 2Compile file with checklist and contact applicants for missing information or unsigned documents
- 3Order DAC and MVR and send out reference checks
- 4Review file DAC and MVR and PEDS results add to TM`s update new driver information such as new drivers license or suspension of license
- 5Contact driver if any problems arise with their record
- 6Track and ensure all logs are turned in audit fuel receipts and maintain log files
- 7Perform daily tasks including logging activities and tracking performance metrics
- 8Maintain accurate driver records and coordinate with fleet management
- 9Ensure timely submission of all required documentation and compliance paperwork
- 10Provide training and support to drivers regarding qualification requirements
- 11Collaborate with HR to streamline recruitment processes
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading compliance initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 55+ years experience with SQL databases
- 63-5 years managing driver documentation systems
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 8Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- 9Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- 10Dedicated attitude toward safety compliance
- 11Reliable work ethic with proven track record
