Proteam Solutions Inc. seeks an Associate Production Planner to lead end-to-end order management across brand channels. This role owns purchase order activity monitors production timelines resolves order issues maintains reporting and collaborates with domestic and offshore partners to ensure timely product movement. What You'll Do19
- 1Purchase Order & Order Management
- 2Initiate purchase orders and coordinate PO uploads maintenance and amendments
- 3Monitor open orders and maintain accurate on-order reporting
- 4Review weekly order status reporting identify potential issues and assess business impact
- 5Conduct monthly audits to ensure order and system accuracy
- 6Partner with offshore teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry within Mainframe and SAP
- 7Follow up on Planning requests requiring adjustments to existing orders
- 8Resolve order and article-related issues escalating higher-risk concerns when appropriate
- 9Support Value Added Services VAS requirements and related order activity
- 10Track key production milestones including dye cut and delivery dates maintaining delivery tracking and identifying late or at-risk orders
- 11Manage time-sensitive and speed orders providing immediate issue resolution and escalation
- 12Maintain floorset reporting and communicate potential late deliveries
- 13Ensure production and order tracking documentation remains current and accurate
- 14Enter and maintain applicable production dates within WIPS participating in weekly WIPS meetings
- 15Review and interpret straightforward order and material liabilities ensuring timely receipt of liability confirmations
- 16Document cancellations and relevant updates for monthly MPC meetings
- 17Ensure on-order information remains timely and accurate tracking commitments without associated purchase orders
- 18Support CGL creation and ongoing maintenance adhering to established order schedules and maintaining tracking documents for cross-functional alignment
- 19Identify risks that could affect production schedules product availability or delivery timing
Requirements12
- 1Bachelors degree required
- 21–3 years of experience in production planning production coordination supply chain order management sourcing merchandise operations or related field
- 3Corporateinternship experience preferred for candidates earlier in their careers
- 4Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 5Experience with SAP Mainframe PLM ERP or other order-management systems is a plus
- 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- 7Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- 8Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 9Ability to identify issues determine business impact and appropriately resolve or escalate concerns
- 10Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 11Comfortable working with cross-functional regional vendor and offshore teams

Salary Insight
$58 - $69k per year
