What You'll Do8
- 1Pick, pack, and ship orders with FedEx procedures and rate structures.
- 2Manage inventory rotation using first-in/first-out (FIFO) and weekly replenishment.
- 3Assist in weekly cycle-counts and quarterly inventories, maintaining inventory control procedures.
- 4Execute company SOPs and safety procedures without fail.
- 5Receive inventory and place into stock rotation FIFO.
- 6Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- 7Keep work area and inventory clean and organized.
- 8Communicate operational needs and improvements to supervisor and staff.
Requirements7
- 1High School or equivalent diploma preferred.
- 2Ability to lift 50 pounds waist high, intermittently over a normal workday.
- 3Good math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy.
- 4Strong communication about facilities, inventory, and business systems.
- 5Teamwork spirit and willingness to learn.
- 6Experience with FedEx shipping procedures and policies.
- 7Safe operation of warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
