What You'll Do8
- 1Support design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems
- 2Assist with inbound and outbound interface development data mapping middleware coordination and integration documentation
- 3Participate in integration testing issue tracking and defect resolution
- 4Support data conversion activities including extraction cleansing transformation loading reconciliation and cutover preparation
- 5Collaborate with HR security reporting and technical teams to understand dependencies and support project requirements
- 6Maintain project documentation status updates risks and technical deliverables throughout implementation lifecycle
- 7Support deployment go-live and post-production stabilization activities
- 8Own end-to-end validation activities following Deloitte delivery methods and quality standards

- 7Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 8Public Trust clearance ability
- 9Bachelor degree
- 10Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- 11Travel up to 50% of the time based on client assignments
