- 7Process contact lens trial orders and ensure proper inventory management
- 8Utilize the CIAO system to input customer data insurance information and fees with precision
- 9Support visual merchandising standards in exam areas and contact lens sections
- 10Adapt to various examination scenarios and provide patient education on care and handling
- 11Perform equipment maintenance and disinfection while offering clinical support to the optometrist
- 12Monitor supply inventory and assist retail operations based on capacity and demand
Requirements11
- 15+ years building optical systems with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in high-volume retail environments
- 3Minimum high school graduation requirement
- 4Proven customer service excellence both internally and externally
- 5Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- 6Excellent problem-solving capabilities and organizational proficiency
- 7Interpersonal strengths for teamwork and customer interactions
