- 1Build and maintain relationships with clients to recommend frames lenses and coatings that meet individual preferences
- 2Diagnose patient needs through comprehensive eye exams and provide expert advice on optimal vision solutions
- 3Process prescription orders accurately ensuring compliance with all technical specifications
- 4Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends and improve service offerings
- 5Scale operations by implementing efficient workflows and training support staff
- 6Drive digital marketing campaigns using SEO best practices to attract new customers
- 7Debug inventory discrepancies and resolve fulfillment issues promptly
- 8Ship orders promptly while maintaining strict quality standards
- 9Own the customer experience from initial consultation to post purchase follow up
- 10Analyze competitor strategies to differentiate our service offerings
- 11Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading sales teams in retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 65+ years experience with Python and SQL
- 7Proven ability to speak Spanish fluently
- 8Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 9Full time availability required
- 10Demonstrated leadership skills in fast paced settings
- 11Strong analytical mindset with problem solving track record
