Requirements11
- 1Associate’s degree in transportation management or related field with two years training experience
- 2Valid Florida Commercial Driver’s License Class B with airbrakes and passenger endorsements
- 3Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and training methodologies
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning platforms
- 5Ability to pass DOT physical examination and maintain current medical certification
- 6Strong written communication skills for documentation and instructional design
- 7Experience with state federal transportation regulations and safety protocols
- 8Experience creating training guides and student resources
- 9Problem-solving abilities in variable work environments
