What You'll Do11

  • 1Meet OneCHRISTUS competencies through self leadership and team development
  • 2Implement daily training on job functions and SOPs for all associates
  • 3Provide effective collection technique instruction using Meditech and CUBS systems
  • 4Participate in system application development and testing with training components
  • 5Assist with HIPAA and FDCPA compliance training for collection staff
  • 6Monitor associate accuracy and deliver personalized feedback for performance growth
  • 7Maintain SOP compliance and review collector's desk activities regularly
  • 8Foster interpersonal interactions to support staff development
  • 9Collaborate with leadership to create comprehensive training resources
  • 10Communicate training strategies using multiple channels
  • 11Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements3

  • 13-4 years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3None required for certifications; verify with Christus Health policy
