What You'll Do11
- 1Meet OneCHRISTUS competencies through self leadership and team development
- 2Implement daily training on job functions and SOPs for all associates
- 3Provide effective collection technique instruction using Meditech and CUBS systems
- 4Participate in system application development and testing with training components
- 5Assist with HIPAA and FDCPA compliance training for collection staff
- 6Monitor associate accuracy and deliver personalized feedback for performance growth
- 7Maintain SOP compliance and review collector's desk activities regularly
- 8Foster interpersonal interactions to support staff development
- 9Collaborate with leadership to create comprehensive training resources
- 10Communicate training strategies using multiple channels
- 11Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements3
- 13-4 years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3None required for certifications; verify with Christus Health policy
