Overview

You will own training needs, curriculum development, and delivery across Operations at Credit One Bank, serving both Corporate and Supplier sites. You will act as the liaison between Operations and stakeholders to ensure processes prepare front line Agents for business issues or changes. You will develop content for new systems, products, procedures, and leadership skills, while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. You will measure training effectiveness through data analysis and performance metrics, and you will lead supplier training teams. What You'll Do10

  • 1Identify training needs across Operations and design targeted solutions for Credit One Bank.
  • 2Communicate with stakeholders weekly to collect feedback, align training priorities, and report on progress.
  • 3Develop and execute training for new systems, products, policy updates, soft skills, and leadership skills.
  • 4Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures across all training materials.
  • 5Measure training effectiveness using data analysis, feedback loops, and performance metrics.
  • 6Coordinate training administration: logistics, record management, reporting, and audit documentation.
  • 7Lead supplier training teams to boost workforce performance through targeted learning interventions.
  • 8Define and document Learning Objectives that drive Agent behavior and performance.
  • 9Create instructional materials: courses, curricula, learner and facilitator guides, and training manuals.
  • 10Redesign training content to align with learner needs and business goals.

Requirements9

  • 12-4 years of training experience in an Operations environment, including designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs.
  • 2Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • 3High competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau, Articulate, and Instructional Design platforms.
  • 4Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • 5Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to streamline work and support training development initiatives.
  • 6Demonstrate core values of excellence, ownership, and integrity.
  • 7Call center and financial services experience preferred.
  • 8Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 9Ability to travel domestically or internationally to support Partner sites.
