Overview
Design and facilitate training programs for Finance Shared Services teams to enhance knowledge and performance. Create learning materials and lead workshops to drive consistent application of processes. Partner with leadership to align training with business goals and monitor effectiveness.

- 7Work with IT and finance partners to keep training aligned with system changes
- 8Support process improvement by identifying gaps and documenting SOPs
- 9Maintain training records for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration HR Education or related field
- 23+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word
- 3Strong facilitation skills with experience in learning and development
- 4Experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches
- 5Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements for accounts receivable
- 63-5 years experience in finance operations or shared services environments
- 7Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives independently
Salary Insight
$65 - $90k per year
