Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Participate in the Basic Safety Process and share responsibility for site safety performance
- 2Control and monitor processes to produce liquid products for shipment
- 3Provide hands on support or assist in plant equipment mechanical repairs instrument calibrations and electrical troubleshooting
- 4Investigate equipment failures determine root causes and recommend solutions to eliminate recurring issues
- 5Follow operating procedures and global safety standards
- 6Lead efforts to improve process efficiency and equipment reliability
- 7Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- 8Maintain clear communication with cross functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- 9Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Two years of operations experience in an industrial plant preferred
- 3Associate degree in a technical field a plus but not required
- 4Military experience is a plus
- 5Ability to climb ladders lift up to 50 lbs and meet call in requirements
- 6Physical stamina for elevated work environments
- 7Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- 8Experience with safety protocols and hazard identification
- 9Proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques
- 10Willingness to work 24 hour on call schedules
- 11Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
