- 1Recruit and retain Department/Workcell Managers by communicating criteria and coaching interview processes
- 2Identify team strengths and create training curricula to enhance managerial capabilities
- 3Establish measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback to drive performance improvements
- 4Coordinate large teams during crises and ensure fair recognition and reward management
- 5Drive cost reduction through process optimization and eliminate non-value-added tasks
- 6Prepare accurate forecasts and compare results to historical data for trend analysis
- 7Assess data collection methods and improve procedural efficiency
- 8Implement best-in-field practices and maintain compliance with safety policies
- 9Exchange knowledge across Jabil facilities to share best practices
- 10Manage succession plans for Department/Workcell functions
- 11Develop strategies to meet operational metrics and organizational goals
Requirements11
- 1U.S. citizenship required
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred with five to seven years’ experience
- 3Three years in management role or equivalent combination
- 4Hands-on expertise in server storage rack assembly and liquid cooling systems
- 5Advanced PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 7Proven track record in change management and cost reduction programs
- 8Ability to interpret technical documents and provide clear presentations
- 9Understanding of global logistics and tax regulations
- 10Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- 11Commitment to sustainability and community engagement
Salary Insight
$144 - $260k per year
