Overview
Lead large-scale production software systems supporting Intelligent Infrastructure division. Drive end-to-end architecture development and deployment across global manufacturing environments. Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering manufacturing and quality stakeholders.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead software engineers and drive technical decision-making and architecture strategy
- 2Establish measurable goals and objectives for individual and team performance
- 3Coordinate crisis response and maintain team focus during critical periods
- 4Plan and oversee Customer BU projects including scope cost and technical resources
- 5Develop high-level software design specifications and system architecture decisions
- 6Drive production infrastructure development and automation frameworks
- 7Participate in peer code reviews to ensure software quality and maintainability
- 8Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering environments
- 9Provide operational support for production software platforms and test infrastructure
- 10Manage remote multi-national development teams and coordinate activities
- 11Analyze technology trends and resource needs for effective project planning
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong knowledge of Python and BASH scripting
- 3Experience with Linux distributions Ubuntu CentOS
- 4Familiarity with Docker containerization and VMware
- 5Understanding of distributed systems and monitoring storage solutions
- 6Proficiency with REST APIs and Git version control
- 7Background in hardware management using IPMI Redfish FIO
- 8Experience with enterprise networking concepts BGP DHCP Relay ECMP
- 9Education BS in Electrical Computer Engineering or related field
- 10MS preferred for senior roles
