Test and Deployment Systems Engineer

What You'll Do10
- 1Lead integration and bring-up of new machines from first power-on through fully automated operation
- 2Own test plans procedures and acceptance criteria at every level and characterize throughput and reliability against specification
- 3Utilize test fixtures endurance rigs and instrumentation turning data into decisions
- 4Work alongside controls software electrical and mechanical engineers to validate new features
- 5Plan and run Factory and Site Acceptance Testing with internal teams suppliers and customers
- 6Lead onsite installation commissioning and startup through punch list handover and ramp to sustained uptime
- 7Act as primary technical contact for customers triaging reported issues communicating status and training their teams
- 8Isolate root cause across mechanical electrical controls and software driving fixes into design and building diagnostics for remote support
- 9Develop clear technical communication supporting direct customer interaction
- 10Travel up to 25% work hands-on in industrial environments and support off-hours commissioning windows
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in test integration or field engineering on electromechanical systems
- 3Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Computer Science Robotics or related field
- 44+ years in test commissioning or field engineering on industrial equipment
- 5Hands-on bring-up and debug of complex electromechanical or robotic systems
- 6Field or commissioning experience on industrial equipment and comfort working independently at a customer site
- 7Management software experience (JAMA or similar)
- 8Python for test automation and data analysis plus instrumentation data acquisition and bench equipment knowledge
- 9Clear technical communication skills including direct customer interaction
- 10Bonus: Hands on C++ code experience
- 11Bonus: Experience with warehouse automation material handling systems or ASRS technology
- 12Bonus: Startup experience and entrepreneurial mindset
