Overview
We seek an Operations Analyst to provide daily support on an IBM i data platform. The role involves monitoring Outlook Teams and ServiceNow while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This position ensures seamless daily operations through proactive issue resolution.
What You'll Do9
- 1Monitor Outlook Teams and ServiceNow for user requests and application errors
- 2Analyze application logs to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- 3Design and implement automated scripts using Python to streamline data processing workflows
