- 1Build and maintain production lines using SPARK and AIRFLOW to ensure efficient baking operations
- 2Design and implement quality control processes to meet high standards
- 3Lead teams during peak hours to ship fresh baked goods
- 4Debug equipment issues and resolve production delays
- 5Drive efficiency improvements across all bakery departments
- 6Own daily operations and maintain clean workspaces
- 7Scale baking output based on seasonal demand
- 8Debug inventory management systems to reduce waste
- 9Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional product quality
- 10Collaborate with supervisors to achieve sales targets
- 11Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with SPARK and AIRFLOW
- 23-5 seasons experience in fast paced bakery environments
- 318+ years old due to child labor laws
- 4Full time positions available with flexible scheduling
- 5Certified in food safety standards
- 6Strong communication skills for team collaboration
- 7Ability to work opening shifts and prepare baked goods
- 8Willingness to follow company standards and franchise policies
- 9Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking software
