Overview
Own order picking and fulfillment duties in a fast local warehouse at BJ’s Wholesale Club. You’ll move merchandise from sales floor to staging, verify counts with handheld scanners, and support digital initiatives like curbside and ship from club at scale. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and pick orders from a digital pick list using RF scanners
- 2Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts
- 3Communicate inventory and equipment issues and replenish as needed
- 4Support curbside, ship from club, and other omni initiatives
- 5Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas to meet GOLD club standards
- 6Ensure orders are completed on time to meet productivity metrics
- 7Package orders securely following SOPs for BOPIC and related services
- 8Work with team to achieve daily goals and KPIs
- 9Handle damaged goods and returns per procedures
- 10Assist in other departments as needed to support operations
Requirements5
- 1Previous order pulling experience preferred
- 2Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred
- 3Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- 4Ability to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and more with assistance
- 5Willingness to work onsite in Boston, MA and adhere to club policies
