The Ongoing Care Team Clinician leads mental health initiatives for students and the campus community. Requirements11
- 15+ years clinical experience in counseling or psychology
- 2Doctoral degree from an accredited institution
- 3License to practice psychology in Maryland issued within one year of hire
- 4Master’s degree for counselor track with two years of clinical experience
- 5Valid certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 6Proven ability to develop and implement mental health curricula
- 7Strong communication skills for diverse populations
- 8Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting
- 9Knowledge of state licensing requirements and ethical standards
- 10Experience with psychological testing software platforms
- 11Commitment to continuous professional development in counseling practices
