What You'll Do5
- 1Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families through education and care transition support
- 2Conduct telephone triage and escalate clinical concerns appropriately

- 4Deliver pre- and post-infusion patient education with accurate documentation
- 5Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with current RN licensure in MA
- 2Active unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts
- 3Experience with oncology infusion settings and chemotherapy protocols
- 4Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
- 5Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
