What You'll Do11
- 1Answer patient calls and consult with Head Nurse or physician to resolve concerns
- 2Perform background screenings and drug nicotine tests for staff safety
- 3Conduct safety screenings including background checks drug and nicotine tests
- 4Ensure compliance with vaccination and drug policies
- 5Drive scaling of triage processes to improve patient flow
- 6Own complex cases to achieve resolution within 90 days
- 7Scale communication strategies to enhance patient satisfaction
- 8Drive optimization of intake workflows through proactive analysis
- 9Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory standards
- 10Collaborate with team to improve operational efficiency
- 11Contribute to research initiatives that expand clinical trial opportunities
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume patient interactions
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified experience beneficial
- 65+ years developing secure health information systems
- 73-5 years implementing data governance frameworks
- 82-5 years optimizing healthcare delivery models
- 91-3 years specializing in oncology patient care
