What You'll Do9
- 1Assess and monitor behavioral health patients while providing nursing care
- 2Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- 3Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
- 4Supervise LPNs and support staff
- 5Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 6Educate patients about medications wellness and recovery
- 7Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records
- 8Ensure patient safety and manage crisis interventions
- 9Assist with admissions discharges and patient assessments
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current Florida RN license required
- 3Current CPR and CPI Certifications required
- 4Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- 5Strong assessment leadership and communication skills
- 6Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- 7Knowledge of psychiatric medications and crisis intervention techniques
