Overview
The Registered Nurse will manage individualized patient care promoting health restoration through the nursing process. This RN interacts with patients families and health team members while adhering to licensing standards. The role involves providing patient care in a clinical setting with emphasis on timely interventions and documentation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide patient care using the nursing process following facility policies
- 2Conduct assessments prioritize data collection within 24 hours of admission
- 3Develop individualized care plans collaborating with healthcare team members
- 4Perform treatments as ordered ensure proper storage of supplies medications and equipment
- 5Answer call lights within established timeframes
- 6Report patient conditions during each shift
- 7Maintain licenses certifications and skill updates
- 8Floating to other units as needed
- 9Serve as interim department leader when required
- 10Administer medications and treatments accurately
- 11Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified
- 3BCBA certified
- 4AWS Certified
- 55+ years experience in a healthcare facility
- 6BSN preferred
- 7CPR certification
- 8Ability to read write and understand English
- 9Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 250 pounds
- 10Walk stand on feet for extended periods
