What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise and deliver nursing care to Oncology patients, managing symptoms and administering IV Infusion treatments.
- 2Develop individualized care plans for each patient, adjusting protocols based on real-time monitoring.
- 3Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to share expertise and coordinate treatment strategies.
- 4Conduct cancer research to enhance treatment protocols and integrate findings into daily practice.
- 5Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, providing resources to foster a positive outlook.
- 6Chart patient progress and responses to treatment and medication, ensuring accurate records.

Requirements6
- 1New York State Registered Nurse license required.
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- 32+ years of Oncology nursing experience.
- 4IV Infusion certification or equivalent experience required.
- 5Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications required.
- 6Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions.
